- Delta Nile For Industry is a fully integrated Egyptian family-owned PET packaging manufacturer, established in 1996 and managed by its owners. We produce PET preforms, plastic caps and closures, and PET bottles for the water, carbonated soft drinks, juice, dairy, cooking oil, food, detergent, and FMCG sectors. - Our product portfolio includes 66 items, including 54 PET preforms and 12 types of caps, across 9 types of neck finishes, to cover multiple sizes and applications from small containers up to 19-liter and 5-gallon containers. - Production is based on Husky injection platforms, with in-house quality control, full traceability of runs, and technical verification before production and shipment. The Nile Delta has 4 production facilities and more than 35 production lines, with a capacity exceeding 400 million preforms per month and 360 million covers per month, with a production capacity exceeding 88,660 tons per year. - We adhere to certified quality and food safety systems including ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 V6, and serve beverage and FMCG customers within Egypt, in addition to more than 17 export markets in the Middle East, Gulf, Levant, Maghreb, and East and West Africa. - By manufacturing preforms, caps and bottles under one roof, customers get a complete packaging program from one certified supplier: one specification, one quality point, and a better technical match between neck finish, cap and bottle. - Send us the specifications for the bottle or cap, and our team will match the appropriate preform and cap program, providing samples and technical documentation ready for auditing upon request.
